Shipping and Delivery

What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

Our Shipping rates are dependent on the product and weight. Due to Covid-19 Restrictions and the high crime rate we have limited shipping on heavier products  and will only ship smaller items such as accessories, solar lights, led lights, micro UPS systems. Alternate shipping arrangements may be made. Please contact us on info@nm-tech.co.za or 084 880 8158 for special shipping arrangements.

Standard Rates range between R129 and R300 (Depending on items/weight/distance).

Our standard delivery charge is R495 on Mobile Inverters.

We offer a Collection all products.

Due to the weight of certain heavier or bulky products additional charges freight may apply.

When will my order be delivered/ready for collection?

All battery and inverter units are tested before the order will be prepared or allowed for collection. This is to ensure that the products perform optimally and do not have any faults.

Our standard delivery times are 5 to 7 working days.
Heavier items may result short term delays, however NM-Tech will keep the customer updated on the status of the order.

Orders for collection will be ready within 1-3 days.

Orders placed via the payment gateways or via EFT will only be shipped/prepared for collection once funds has been cleared by the payment provider or bank.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, orders can be collected in Pretoria.
All orders are placed online can be collected or will be delivered to the specified delivery address. Delivery is currently limited to Gauteng. Shipping charges may apply.
